This wasn't even on the show. They were just trying to film a few commercial spots, and Jerry just ran away with the moment, doing an impromptu Q&A with the audience. It all gets very deep when they get into which superpower is best! When Jimmy wants to save it for the show, Jerry reminds him that no one watches live, 'It's all the internet!!" And we prove his point.
