Bradley Cooper in A-Team Trailer
Ask and ye shall receive. I was hoping someone would freeze frame those shirtless shots of Bradley Cooper from the new A-Team trailer, and My New Plaid Pants posted the screen shots.

The A-Team Trailer arrives
Totally cheesy, and on purpose for the true blue A-Team fans. I'll be there! Yes, that's Sharlto Copley from District 9 as Murdock. Can I just freeze frame that shirtless shot of Bradley Cooper as Faceman?

Happy 35th Birthday, Bradley Cooper!
This was certainly Bradley's year with the success of The Hangover making him a breakout star. He has a small part in the upcoming ensemble film Valentine's Day. You've seen him in the trailer on a plane with Julia Roberts. But I recently read he actually plays a gay man in the film, involved with Eric Dane of Grey's Anatomy. Whatever. I'll be there watching! He stars also in the upcoming A-Team as Faceman, the role played by Dirk Benedict on the TV show. The A-Team comes out in June.
And of course, Hangover 2 is in the works.

First Look at A-Team
A-Team doesn't come out till June 2011, but we have our first official cast photo today. Bradley Cooper looks awesome as Faceman (Dirk Benedict's role on the TV show). Liam Neeson is Col John ‘Hannibal’ Smith, Sharlto Copley is Capt. ‘Howling Mad’ Murdock, and Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson is Sgt Bosco ‘B.A.’ Baracus.
Do you have the same reaction I did seeing the below photo? Start with Bradley, looking good, scanning right, scanning right (Sharlto looks good), WTF??!!! That's Liam Neeson?! Click on the picture to enlarge it.

'Valentine's Day' Trailer HD
Didn't we already see this movie, but it was British and called Love Actually? Oh, right. That was Christmas, not Valentine's Day. Somehow, I don't have high hopes that it will be as good.
Is there anyone left in Hollywood that isn't in this movie?? Well, it has Bradley Cooper, so I'll be there, even if does also have Ashton Kushner.

Ryan Reynolds is Green Lantern

After rumors that the role of the Green Lantern was down to three - Ryan Reynolds, Bradley Cooper (whose star is certainly on the rise!) or Justin Timberlake (!??!), we have our answer. It's going to be Ryan Reynolds, who was one of the best things about Wolverine as Deadpool.
Empire agrees that “Reynolds can do headstrong and cocky in his sleep.”
Of the three actors vying for the role, Reynolds was our first choice to play the headstrong, cocky Hal Jordan, a hotshot pilot who becomes entrusted with an all-powerful ring and membership of a galactic corps of green-clad cops whose job it is to keep the peace in the universe.Green Lantern is set for a June 17, 2011 release just in time for my birthday. "Green Lantern" a DC Comic that started in 1940, is the story of Hal Jordan, a second-generation test pilot. Jordan is an ordinary man who has been charged with defending a sector of the universe.
Yeah, Nathan Fillon would have been great, too, but we'll take Ryan. He's the whole package. Looks awesome, nailed the whole angsty superhero as Deadpool, and he's damn funny. I loved him in the Proposal. Ryan is an actor who has grown on me over the years. Good for him to get such a major role.
Here's hoping Bradley Cooper can snag something juicy soon, too.

The Hangover - Mini-review
I am late to The Hangover train. I had heard from several people that it was HILARIOUS, but for various reasons, I hadn't had a chance to see it until now. OMG. It is so funny. I laughed very hard. Yes, it's about a juvenile bachelor party gone wild, but this is great writing, and so nice to see some new talent make good in a break out hit. Bradley Cooper has kind of snuck up on us, playing the bad guy in Wedding Crashers and other supporting roles. His star is ascending, and man, he is a cutie. Quite talented and funny. Ed Helms and other Daily Show alums have a good showing too, but the scene stealer by far is Zach Galifianakis (with the baby above!) This guy is very much in demand now for future starring roles, and I love his awkward Between Two Ferns interview web series on Funny or Die. Check out this one with his co-star Bradley Cooper.
All the great word of mouth you've heard about this film is definitely true. It's a must see, and I give it three and half stars. I'm looking forward to more from Zach Galifianakis in the future, and I'm glad Bradley Cooper scored a Rom Com with Sandra Bullock (All About Steve). Can we please be done with Matthew McConaughey, and move on to the new blonde go to guy from now on? Thank you.
